The Grab’n’GO Full HD Media player is your personal bridge to stream digital media files to your TV in Full HD 1080p resolution. The built-in UPnP AV media client offers easy access to all your files from a compatible storage device (like the Grab’n’GO CH3SNAS) or your PC. The easy to install media player has a very sleek design and is the most flexible way to stream all your personal movies, music, radio channels or photos over your network. Thanks to the built-in BitTorrent client and SAMBA server downloading of/and browsing through your media is very easy. You can even connect a USB hard disk or flash drive to watch your digital media locally, thanks to the built-in USB host port. and To create the best cinema effect, the CFULLHDMAi has HDMI and Component connections for sharp images and HDMI audio support or a digital audio connection (S/PDIF) for overwhelming 5.1 surround sound.
It is possible to connect multiple USB devices like na external hard drive to the USB host port by way of a powered USB hub.
It can be made wireless (b/g and draft-N) by use of an TP-Link USB Wireless adapter or a this Netgear bridge that delivers 1080p high definition wirelessly.
New features over the older model include-
- Samba Support: add a USB HDD to your CFULLHDMAi, turn it on and you can transfer your data over the network to the disk. (NTFS, EXT2/EXT3 formatted disks supported)
- Bittorrent Support: Add your USB HDD to your CFULLHDMAi, turn it on and Bittorrent is loaded. The function even works when watching a movie !
- Universal Remote IR support: On/Off / Toggle support (for use with remotes like Philips / Logitec / Marantz)
